Gauda is the first company to realize the attractive speed advantage of GPUs for Computational Lithography tasks. Gauda's unique advantage lies in intelligently partitioning algorithms among the available computational resources, such as CPUs and GPUs without the need of any specialized hardware. As an example, Gauda has recorded 200x acceleration of OPC execution when running solely traditional CPUs. Gauda's solution is linearly scalable to several hundred nodes in a typical GPU/CPU cluster. Therefore, it is possible to complete OPC or verification tasks within a few hours.
